· Register the truck details (Driver Name, Plate Register, Transportation Company, Buyer Company, Weight in, Weight out, Product, Product specification, Net Weight, Net BBL, Net Ltr, Standard Ltr ….. etc)
· Work for scenario of Loading and unloading
· Lab tests for products and sample of product from truck can be registered remotely from Lab with report for product specification according to date and product.
· Designed to use more than one weight bridge for purpose of in and out to reduce the load on one wight bridge.
· Working on a standalone network database located on one server.
· Sending emails automatically starting time can be customized with different information for the status of loading and unloading in total for each company and each product, also sending email at early morning for status of day before the operation.
· Remotely monitor the system from outside of the Station through VPN.
· Back up data automatically every day on Premise.
· Tracking changes on each action on the system to check for any issue or changes being made by users.
· Recording rejected products or trucks due to technical and management issues.
· Multi roles for users to use the system according to the employee position.
· The system has been designed for the following products for Oil and Gas which have different specifications:

o Naphtha
o LPG
o Sweet Naphtha

o Jet fuel
Also, can add any non-Oil and Gas products as a normal weighbridges
